ONERO
Bone Health Panania

Bone health exercise that actually builds bone.

ONERO is the only evidence-based exercise programme proven to safely build bone for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or low bone mass. At Enriching Health Panania, every ONERO session is delivered by Daniel, our accredited Exercise Physiologist, with the individual supervision and clinical accountability the program requires.

This is not a general exercise class. It is clinical, supervised, evidence-based care for your bones.

The research behind the Onero® program

ONERO was developed from the LIFTMOR randomised controlled trial at Griffith University, published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research in 2018. The trial demonstrated that supervised high-intensity resistance and impact training significantly improved bone mineral density and physical function in postmenopausal women with low bone mass, safely, under clinical supervision.

ONERO is licensed and delivered exclusively by accredited clinical providers. Enriching Health brings over 20 years of combined clinical experience, a purpose-built studio in Panania, and a clinical culture built around outcomes. As an ONERO Certified Provider, Daniel delivers every session personally, ensuring the continuity, rapport, and clinical oversight the program demands.

I came in after my DEXA scan came back worse than I expected. I was 55, busy with the kids, and honestly a bit scared about what exercise with weak bones even looked like. Daniel took the time to explain everything at my assessment and I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. I feel stronger than I have in years - I actually look forward to coming in. If your GP has mentioned your bone density, do not put it off. I wish I had started sooner. I highly recommend Enriching Health to anyone!

How it works?

1

Your initial assessment · $99 · 45 minutes

Your journey begins one-on-one with Daniel, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He guides you through seven functional performance tests, reviews your DEXA results and medical history, and builds your individual baseline. You leave with a personalised overview a real plan to build your bones.

2

Your supervised classes · from $26 per class

Join small, supervised group sessions at our Panania studio - 45 minutes each, with classes times being added as interest grows. Every session is led with steady, individualised progression. We recommend attending at least twice a week for the best results. Our timetable is at the top of this page.

3

Your 12-month review

At 12 months, Daniel repeats your functional tests and measures your progress against your Day 1 baseline. This is where your hard work truly becomes visible - and where we plan the next stages of your bone health journey.
