Our Team

  • After completing my bachelor’s degree, I began working with the general population, diving headfirst into a career during the pandemic. This experience highlighted significant gaps in gender-based care, mental health support, and multidisciplinary approaches to healthcare. While I knew I wanted to deepen my knowledge, I wasn’t certain of my path. However, my strong grasp of exercise biomechanics and a growing curiosity about the physiological impact of exercise on overall health provided a clear direction into Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

I quickly recognised that my personal values of equality and understanding had naturally shaped my professional philosophy. Supporting individuals through some of their most challenging moments is deeply fulfilling. Helping people gain the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their well-being is both empowering and rewarding.

Working with Enriching Health allows me to combine problem-solving, collaboration with like-minded professionals, and authentic expression in both creative and clinical ways - a rare and fulfilling mix.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring beauty and art through makeup and self-care, embracing activities that make me feel and look my best. I also create educational content that simplifies complex health and disease topics into digestible formats. Recently, I’ve returned to my strength and conditioning roots and never miss a conditioning class now. While my training intensity may vary, I always prioritise decisions that are protective and nurturing to my health.

  • I’m Ben, an Exercise Physiologist at Enriching Health. After graduating, I began working with complex populations and quickly saw the importance of stronger collaboration between healthcare providers to achieve the best outcomes for people. I have a particular interest in managing concurrent conditions and exploring how tailored exercise prescriptions can create meaningful, holistic changes in someone’s life.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about endurance sports. You’ll often find me competing in triathlons alongside my dad during summer, or passionately cheering at the TV during the Tour de France. I love taking principles from elite sport and adapting them in practical, accessible ways for people of all backgrounds.

  • Hi I’m Hannah, one of the Exercise Scientists at Enriching Health! After completing my bachelors I knew I wanted to continue expanding my knowledge so I am now completing my Master’s of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

From the beginning, my passion has been helping people move with confidence and showing that exercise doesn’t need to feel intimidating. I’ve always believed that no matter the barrier, there is a way forward, and even the smallest progress is worth celebrating.

I find great fulfilment in supporting people to reach their potential, whether that’s through tailored training, healthy lifestyle strategies, or simply being someone to listen and encourage. My philosophy is centred on making exercise meaningful, achievable, and empowering, so clients feel stronger, healthier, and more capable in their everyday lives.

Working at Enriching Health allows me to combine my love for evidence-based practice with genuine connection, ensuring that the people I work with not only achieve results but also enjoy the process along the way!

  • Hi, I'm Daniel.

As a recent graduate, I am excited to start my career as part of the team here at Enriching Health. I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Masters of Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Sydney.

I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with neurological, musculoskeletal, mental health, and geriatrics with chronic health conditions across a variety of settings, such as private clinics, outpatient services, and within the NDIS framework.

Outside of the clinic I am a goalkeeper for Sutherland Hockey club in the Sydney Hockey Men's Premier League. Participating in sport at an elite level has helped me develop strong teamwork and problem solving skills as well as the knowledge to assist athletes in the rehabilitation from sport related injuries. I am eager to bring my fresh knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion to encourage, and consistently support clients through a holistic approach to move better, feel stronger and live healthier.

  • Hi, I’m Ellena, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney. I’m passionate about helping people use movement as medicine to improve their health, recover from injury, and feel more confident in their bodies.

My clinical experience spans across private practice and community health settings, where I have supported clients with a wide range of needs; from musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to the management of neurological conditions, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and other chronic health concerns. I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, and I aim to make exercise safe, practical, and enjoyable for everyone.

I believe that the best results come from programs that are personalised and sustainable. My approach is calm, clear, and coaching-focused: I take time to listen, set meaningful goals with my clients, and provide the right mix of support and challenge to keep progress moving forward. I celebrate small wins along the way, because they add up to big changes in health and quality of life.

Whether you’re aiming to rebuild strength and mobility, return to activities you love, or manage a long-term condition with confidence, I’ll work with you to design an exercise plan that fits your lifestyle and grows with you. My goal is always to empower people to take charge of their health through movement and to make exercise a positive and lasting part of their lives.
