Welcome to Mat Pilates at Enriching Health. Our classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance in a welcoming and supportive environment. With experienced instructors guiding you, you'll feel stronger, more centred, and confident in your movement.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, our community-focused classes provide all the equipment you need to succeed and help you grow stronger week by week.

Duration: 45 minutes

Cost: $35 per class (health fund rebates available)
We provide all equipment.

Class Schedule
Tuesday: 7:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:15 AM

We are open to suggestions for additional class times. If you’re interested in another time, let us know!

Mat Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Unlike reformer Pilates, which uses a machine, Mat Pilates is performed on a mat and uses your own body weight for resistance. Our sessions incorporate tools like rings, Therabands, and light weights to enhance each workout and target specific muscle groups.

FAQ’s about Mat Pilates Classes

  • We provide all the equipment, including mats, rings, and Therabands. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Absolutely! Our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, with modifications available to suit your abilities.

  • Yes, our classes are claimable through private health insurance under Exercise Physiology. Check with your provider for details.

  • Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Pilates is typically done barefoot or with grip/normal socks.

  • You can book directly through our online booking system Please Book Here or contact us directly if you need assistance.

  • We understand life gets busy! Just let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Yes, we offer a Wellness & Recovery Membership for $49 per week. This includes access to all Mat Pilates classes, open gym access at BCHP, one infrared sauna, and one cold plunge session each week.

  • Our instructors can provide modifications for pregnancy, but we recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.
